• Improving lighting and Security
  • Trimming overgrown shrubs and trees surrounding the pool areas        
  • Evaluation and removal of low hanging branches from trees on HOA property 
  • Updating HOA Bi-laws and Declaration of Covenants that have been in place for over 20 years to identify opportunities for revisions and additions
  • The Board will also be reviewing vendor’s contracts to understand if they are positioned to fully serve our community
