The Huntington Pointe Board is committed to the safety of the residents during this time of the COVID 19 Pandemic. We are working with City, County, State, and National officials to get the latest information to manage and maintain our community during this time of uncertainty.  We have implemented the CDC guidelines and have posted signs throughout the community to inform our residents of the rules and guidelines to be followed for everyone's safety.

HUNTINGTON POINTE/COVID-19 AMENITIES SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES 
 
• NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE SHALL USE THIS FACILITY AT A TIME (POOL USE IS LIMITED TO 30 MINUTES IF PEOPLE ARE WAITING) 
 
• SOCIAL DISTANCING IS REQUIRED 
 
• RESIDENTS AND GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PERSONAL WELL BEING AND KIDS 
 
• RESTROOMS WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR RESIDENTS AND GUESTS 
 
• ANYONE VIOLATING SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE  
 
• ALL MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS AT THE POOL 
 
• ALL GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN HOA RESIDENT
